  Arrrrgggg! I'm PISSED!

  this morning i went to my computer to find my screen packed with messages.. several asswipes keeps sending me advertising messages on my yahoo!

  messenger.

  when i put the username on "ignore" the person increments the username-number by one and sends another message.. this has been going on for the last few days.. [>:(][>:(][>:(][>:(][>:(].

  how many of you have gotten them since leaving or piercings?

  i got my ear pierced right after i left and when i was living at home my dad said i couldn`t have it on in the house.i got a tatto about six years ago the look on my dads face was priceless at the beach but he never said anything.. beans.

  though i didn't get them after i left the org (cos i was never IN the org ) i did get them as presents to myself for finishing school haha

  MMmm piercings. i have ten now, all in my ears . i wanna get my nose done again, and my nipples for sure. woo!

  my paternal daughter is going to college to learn to do sonograms.

  she has finished her schooling for xray and likes sonograms better.

  she is married and seems happy.

  hi ken! thanks for sharing another moment of your life i love hearing about them!
  i'm glad you had a chance to spend some time with your daughter.

  i understand that you had so many things you wanted to tell her, but couldn't seem to get them out. my dad and i are like that. we just hug and we can feel what we have for eachother. but still, once in awhile we can have a nice chat and tell eachother how much we mean to eachother and love eachother ... sometimes it's nice to tell someone that and hear it back. i hope someday you can tell your daughter exactly how you feel, until then just keep giving her hugs and telling her you love her !

  i've learned that no matter what happens,or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.. i've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled christmas tree lights.. i've learned that regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life.. i've learned that making a "living" is not the same thing as making a "life.".

  i've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance.. i've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands.

  I'm Becoming a Hypnotherapist!

  i have always been into self-help, have several websites devoted to it ( http://www.empowerthespirit.com), and even wrote a book on it.. now i'm getting my board certified master of clinical hypnotherapy certification, and i'm excited!

  i went to a hypnotherapist in the past, and found it helpful.

  Mmm...college

  thanks to the supportive words and encouragement of many here, i am now officially a student at arizona state university.. i just went to campus, and got a hard copy of the general catalog at the book store, and i went to the computer lab to setup my access.

  just seeing the young and old, people of all sorts of ethnic backgrounds, milling around campus, all engaged in the wonder of learning, made me take pause and think about how silly the jw prohibition on college is, and how completely a learning environment can shatter the witness world view.

  part of me wanted to cry, and another part of me was intrigued by the hot young college chicks...heh.. it is wonderful to be able to make choices for oneself.. any recommendations for my first course?
